Mission Statement

Our mission at Staton is “To deliver brand name sportswear, maximizing the quality, selection, service and value provided to our customers.” We accomplish this mission by putting our customers first, keeping our operating costs low, and maintaining the absolute best service and lowest prices in the industry.

Staton is a trade-supplier only. We do not sell to end-users.

Department Hours

You may place your orders Monday through Friday during these hours:

Sales Department 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pick-Ups

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. local warehouse time.

Pick up orders require a 2 hour processing time after they are placed. Pick up orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be ready at 10:00 a.m. local warehouse time the next day.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. All pick up orders on cash terms must be paid with a money order/cashier's check.

Same Day Shipping

Orders received before 4:00 p.m. shipping warehouse time will be shipped the same day. Orders shipped by common carrier must be received before 3:00 p.m. shipping warehouse time. We will do our best to accommodate requests for same day shipping of late orders. Due to occasional electronic delays, internet orders placed close to cut off may not always be received by the cut off time. If your order must ship today, please call a sales representative to place your order.

Sales Tax

Businesses operating in Tennessee, or Texas are required by law either to provide documentation of their sales tax exempt status or to pay state sales tax on their Staton purchases (Download Staton Tax form).

Returns

All returns must have prior authorization from Customer Support. To submit a request, click here. Requests for return authorization and claims for shortages or incorrect merchandise must be made within five business days of receipt of goods. Returns are credited for the merchandise amount only and will be assessed a 20% restock fee. Refused orders will be assessed restocking fees and refused freight charges. Returns are not accepted for closeout merchandise or merchandise that has been exported outside of the United States.

Checking your orders- It is imperative that all orders be checked upon receipt. This should take place even if the order ships directly to the embellisher.

Staton will not issue credit or accept merchandise that has been washed, embellished, altered, or is not in a resellable condition.
